Rite Aid deals this week and month

OK, so get your brains ready....here are some great ways to get FREE or really cheap items this week at Rite Aide.

First I have to clarify....there is the Rite Aid Rebate book for December, A Rite Aid coupon book that I found at the front of the store, and third, some great manufacturers coupons that came out recently that match up with some of the sales....

#1 This month, Rite aid is giving you money back in the form of a Rite Aid gift card as a thank you. The gift card amount is dependent on how much you spend there. And, as much as I can tell, even the rebate items count toward your total dollar amount spent. So, for $25 spent this month, $5 card, $50 or more $10 and $100 or more $20. The total spent on your receipts that you enter into the rebate program goes toward this total amount. So for instance I spent $17.73 today after coupons and that will go towards my monthly total despite the fact that I should be getting a $11.79 rebate check for my purchase.
SO, what did I buy:

Gillette Fusion Razors are on sale for $9 this week plus there is a $5 rebate and a $4 coupon in last sundays paper making them FREE

Planters nuts, cashews is what I bought, are on sale for $2.99/can. There is a coupon in the Rite AId coupon book for $3 off Planters nuts. Watch the sizes and varietes, but in the case of cashews=FREE

Cottonelle bathroom tissue on sale for $1.99 with the Rite Aid coupon in their book and I had a $1 manufacturer coupon for any 4 pack or larger of Cottonelle so that made a 4 pack double roll=.99

Rice Krispies cereal on sale for $1.99/box (some other sugared varieties as well)I had two of the Kelloggs cereal coupons for $1/box from a few weeks back so each box was $1. I will make some fun shaped rice krispie treats with the girls this week.

Vicks Defense Hand Sanitizer=FREE after Rebate this week

Surge Outlet 6 PRO strip $4.50 and FREE after Rebate

Some other rebates to watch for sales this month will be the Electrasol whih typically goes on sale plus there is a $2 rebate. Buckley's Cough Suppressant will likely be FREE on the week of the 16th and those would still count toward your monthly expense total.

Hope this makes sense. I didn't have time to thoroughly look through the coupon book but there could be some more really good deals there too as well. Pick one up.

Happy Saving and Merry Christmas!
